First, I work with clients primarily through email. If you need additional support, I will refer you to a mentor with video, phone, or in-person meeting availability to complement our work together. Initially, I can help you through the outlining process to expand on your business idea, like determine feasibility depending on your goals, your business's strengths & weaknesses, and your target market. Then, once you're confident in your business idea, I can help you complete a business plan: entity structure, financial projections, and strategic positioning. If you are already up and running, we can focus on upgrading business operations to be more systematic and cost-effective, short or long-term financial planning, and if needed, investment management. In mentoring and decision-making, I rely on data analysis and multicultural business management to understand the economic/consumer trends affecting businesses, but also how can we use our dynamic cultural backgrounds and diverse communities to adapt.
